He remains personally engaged with clients and officers across every account the company protects.

As Vice President of Development, he leads the partnership and account scoping work that brings trained officers to new properties across the region each year. His day to day focus is working directly with property managers, asset managers, and community boards to build security plans that fit each account's actual operations rather than a generic template. Jonathan is committed to keeping the firm locally rooted and accountable to the Middle Tennessee communities it has protected since 2010.

Before joining First Class, Aaron served as a Detective Sergeant and SWAT operator with the Maury County Sheriff's Department, where he led complex investigations and high risk tactical operations and was named Officer of the Year. He went on to direct security and facilities for a large multi building Nashville campus serving thousands each week, building the emergency action plans that sharpened incident response, modernizing access control and video systems alongside IT and facilities, and providing executive and event protection with zero security incidents over more than a decade. A Tennessee licensed armed officer and longtime instructor in de-escalation and active threat response, Aaron lives in Thompson's Station and brings that same discipline, preparedness, and people first leadership to the officers and accounts he oversees across Middle Tennessee.

His path to that role started where every great supervisor starts, in uniform on post. Years of field experience as an officer give him the kind of operational instinct that supervisors who skipped that step never develop, and it shapes how he supports the team protecting Middle Tennessee properties through the night.

That field experience shapes how he runs the PM side. Eric knows what a long shift feels like, what makes a post order workable, and what officers need from a supervisor at 3 a.m. when something does not go to plan. He partners with the AM team to keep coverage seamless across every property and every shift change.

Before joining First Class, Jimmy supervised security for Allied Universal at an Amazon corporate facility and Nissan Stadium, managing daily workflow for teams of more than 15 officers across multiple shifts. He built his reputation on standardized operating procedures with a customer service focus, close coordination with facility and operations stakeholders, and the kind of metrics tracking that turns day to day activity into preventive action. A hands on trainer known for getting new officers up to speed quickly, Jimmy brings that same emphasis on process, communication, and steady coverage to the AM shift and the Middle Tennessee properties it protects.

As a Senior Transportation Officer with Transcor America, Landen was frequently trusted as the officer in charge of transport teams, coordinating with correctional facilities, law enforcement, and dispatch to keep every movement safe, documented, and on schedule. That work rewards exactly the traits he brings to the AM shift: calm decision making under pressure, disciplined adherence to procedure, and a team-first mindset where the officer next to you can count on you to do your part precisely. Recognized with a Courage Award and a Certificate of Appreciation and backed by more than 120 hours of certified training, Landen now lives in Middle Tennessee and holds himself and his team to a standard of professional, respectful service on every account across the region.

Premier accounts demand a different kind of attention. Front of house presence has to feel polished, reporting has to be precise, and account managers want to be in the loop before they have to ask. Alex partners directly with property leadership at each site so officer assignment, post orders, and escalation pathways match the property's brand and the expectations of its guests and tenants.
